    Description

    Pretty decorative plate, mid-century collectible, featuring pretty bird and flowers.
    This is a nice plate in great condition with no chips, nicks or cracks. The gold around the rim shows light wear. Measures approx: 7" and is marked "LM Royal Halsey Very Fine" on the back. The original Lipper and Mann Japan label is missing. There are holes  for hanging.

    Any items I refund for carrier damage will require notification to me within 24 hours of delivery notification from the carrier. In addition, pictures of the UNOPENED packaging at multiple angles must also be submitted. At least 4 clear pictures are required of the packaging. Another 4 pictures are required at different angles of the damage to the item.  You must retain the item as is for inspection by USPS, if required.
