Champion Spark Plug Cabinet. Condition is Used. Measures 25 3/4"x 11"x 15 1/2" has scuffs scratches, etc metal top has scuffs with surface rust, inside has paint loss, has lock and key, sides are a press board minor flaking on bottom. Could easily be taken apart and black repainted, see photos
