Description

The stylized graceful simplicity of this bird fits the image of the iconic bird in Richard Bach's best selling book Jonathan Livingston Seagull, which helped the Studio get off to a flying start. More than 40 years later, they still have strong appeal. One might say it has become a classic.
It is made of, Pellucida, our proprietary compound of resins that resembles but is more durable than Bisque porcelain.
This seagull soars above a select polished burlwood base. The wingspan of the gull is about 14 inches and the whole piece stands about 12 inches tall.
