    The LS-P4 is a linear PCM recorder that combines the advanced technology of the flagship LS series of Olympus IC recorders with a portable size. The LS-P4 is the first linear PCM recorder to support "high-resolution" recording, which surpasses music CDs, and the FLAC format, which reduces file size while maintaining high sound quality. It can be used for music performances, choruses, and other outdoor recording due to its compact size and easy portability, and can also be used for wireless playback with Bluetooth-enabled speakers or headphones.
