You get one pair, that means you get a replacement armrest for the left side and the right side.
These are Made Better.  They are made of High Quality Vinyl, not like the cheap uncomfortable plastic armrests that wear out fast and leave sores on your elbows.  I can sell you the cheaper armrests for less money, but I won't due to the poor quality, and poor wear and tear.  I got sores on my elbows and lower part of my arms, because my chair came with cheap plastic armrests. Who wants to deal with the pain of sores on our elbows and arms that never heal.
The Hole spacing on armrest pads enable you to easily fit a variety of different manufacturers' chairs.
