Items acquired from a live auction, the wheels were part of a complete wheelchair set up. All items were removed and now selling separately. The wheelchair did not have power when I bought it. It was sold without a charger, but all items were in very good used condition with minimal wear. I do not have the means to test these items , I am selling this items AS IS and as pictured.
