At VIRUISAN we reduce our environmental footprint by offering our unique mixing system, which includes one reusable mix container to produce up to 30 gallons of safe, ultra-effective disinfectant and disinfectant solution. We also use glass bottles for our mixing agents and personal spray bottle. Our combined system eliminates over 90% of the petroleum plastics which would go into 30 gallons of conventional disinfectant, which is usually sold in single-use 16oz or 8oz bottles.
Mixing instructions:For a 1.33 PPM (parts per million) activated solution, safe and effective to use around fruits and vegetables and prepared food, mix one (1) drop of Chlorine Dioxide 2% solution and one (1) drop of activator in the bottom corner of the included 32oz mixing bottle. Let the solution activate for one full minute (60 seconds), then fill with water and shake. Use as a solution or as a spray, in a manner consistent with usual standards. For a 4 PPM activated solution, safe for general household disinfectant and safe to spray on skin, mix 3 (3) drops of Chlorine Dioxide 2% solution and one (3) drops of activator in the bottom corner of the included 32oz mixing bottle. Let the solution activate for one full minute (60 seconds), then fill with water and shake. Use as a solution or as a spray.To prepare a 100 PPM activated solution, a strength consistent with disinfecting surfaces in medical facilities, livestock areas or when a powerful biocide is needed, mix 1/2oz (entire included bottle) of Chlorine Dioxide 2% solution and 1/2oz (entire included bottle) of activator in the bottom corner of a (not-included) glass or plastic container. Let the solution activate for one full minute (60 seconds), then fill with one (1) gallon of water and mix. Use as a solution or as a spray, in a manner consistent with safety and quality standards. Gloves and eye protection should be used when applying. Solution should not be mixed in a metal container.
