    48 page booklet is bound with staples and measures 8 1/4" by 5 1/2". Excellent condition, slight wear along the edges and at the binding crease. Cover has some foxing and soiling. Front cover has a slightly bent lower corner. Pages are in very good condition but are yellowed from age.
